You control a hunter armed with a rifle, moving screen by screen across a prehistoric landscape. The main objective is to shoot dinosaurs before they reach and attack you; each screen presents new threats, from small, fast creatures to larger, more aggressive ones. Signature mechanics include limited ammunition that must be managed carefully and the need to quickly aim and fire as dinosaurs emerge unpredictably from the terrain. The pacing is tense, with difficulty stemming from the limited field of view and the immediate danger posed by close encounters. Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
