Swing a caveman’s club at ghosts, chuck bones when they get too close, and try not to fall off those just-too-far-apart platforms. Pure ‘90s DOS frustration in the best way.

Erachacha came out in 1996 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games series, published by Pantech Corporation. It was one of those side-scrolling platformers that felt right at home in the era of floppy disks and simple, direct gameplay. You didn't get elaborate cutscenes or deep lore; it was just you, a prehistoric setting, and a lot of things trying to knock you off ledges.
You control a club-wielding caveman who must navigate a series of hazardous levels, fighting off ghosts and other enemies. The main goal is to survive each screen, often by timing jumps carefully and using your limited attacks wisely. Signature mechanics include throwing bones as a ranged weapon when enemies get too close and precise platforming across gaps that demand good timing. The pacing is brisk, and the difficulty can be punishing, with instant deaths from falls or enemy touches. It feels tense and demanding, but also straightforward in a way that makes every small victory satisfying.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
