Escape From The Planet Of Robot Monsters came out in 1990 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection, published by Atari Games. You control Duke O’Nukem or Jake Mertz, two muscle-bound commandos sent to rescue scientists from a factory overrun by robots.
