Play F-1 Grand Prix Online
Tweak your car's setup between races, then white-knuckle through tight turns as the track spins around you—ignore those damage warnings and you'll limp to the pits while the pack leaves you behind.

F-1 Grand Prix came out for the Super Nintendo in 1992, developed by Video System. It was one of the earlier Formula One racing games on the system, arriving before the more famous titles that would define the genre on the console. It had a straightforward, no frills approach to racing that felt very much of its time.
You control a single Formula One car, aiming to win the championship by finishing first across a series of Grand Prix races. The game features a cockpit view that rotates with the turns, a mechanic that was fairly novel then and required real concentration to avoid spinning out. You also manage tire wear and fuel consumption, making pit stops a critical part of strategy. The racing is fast and demanding, with a steep difficulty curve that punishes mistakes harshly. It feels tense and focused, like you're constantly balancing aggression with mechanical survival.
