Game Overview

This Amiga racer throws you straight into the seat of a turbocharged beast—no driver’s license required. You’ve got five cars to pick from, each with their own quirks; some grip the road like they’re glued to it, others slide around corners like they’re on ice. Took me a few tries to figure out which one matched my reckless driving style.

The tracks are brutal in the best way—tight chicanes, long straights where you’ll max out your revs, and those moments when you swear you’ve nailed a turn only to spin out in front of two AI opponents. Yeah, the grid’s small (only three cars at a time), but the competition feels fierce, especially when you’re fighting for pole position in practice laps.

It’s got that old-school charm where records actually mean something—beat a lap time, and your name stays there until someone (probably you, trying to top yourself) erases it. Whether you’re here for a quick race or the full championship grind, it’s the kind of game that makes you lean into every turn. Definitely one of the better reasons to dust off that 16-bit system.
