Play Frogger on Msdos Online
Dodge speeding cars, hop on drifting logs, and pray those turtles don't sink—your little pixel frog's survival depends on split-second jumps across deadly roads and rivers. The MS-DOS version's janky movement somehow makes every near-miss even more tense.

I first played Frogger on MS-DOS back in the 80s, part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection from 1983. Konami developed it, and it was one of those simple, straightforward games that really defined the era. You didn't need a fancy setup or a lot of time to get into it; it was just you, a keyboard, and a frog trying to cross some very dangerous terrain.
You control a small green frog, moving it one hop at a time across a busy highway and a rushing river. The main goal is to guide your frog safely home to one of five lily pads at the top of the screen. Key mechanics include dodging cars and trucks on the road, then hopping onto logs and turtles to cross the water without falling in. The pacing is relentless; traffic speeds up as you progress, and the river currents push your floating platforms unpredictably. It feels frantic and strangely satisfying when you finally nail a perfect run.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
