Play Galleons of Glory Online
Pick a ship, balance your gold, and pray you survive the first pirate encounter—those blocky waves and janky broadside battles somehow make you feel like a real captain.

Game Overview
Galleons of Glory is one of those MS-DOS games that somehow got lost in the shuffle back in the day, which is a shame because it absolutely nails the pirate fantasy. You start by picking a ship—go too big and you'll drain your gold fast, too small and you'll get wrecked by the first pirate you meet. I learned that the hard way.
The real magic happens when you're three hours deep, trying to decide whether to sell your spices in a risky port for double profit or play it safe. The combat's janky in that nostalgic way where timing your broadsides feels impossible until suddenly it clicks. And yeah, the graphics are blocky as hell, but there's something charming about those churning pixel waves when a storm rolls in.
It's the kind of game where you'll alt-tab to a notepad to track trade routes like some kind of 17th century accountant. If you ever wished Pirates! had more spreadsheets and tense negotiations with shady harbor masters, this is your jam.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
