Play Gang Busters Online

Dual-wield joysticks as cops Smith and Wesson, blasting through alleys and docks while wrestling crooks into squad cars—until some thug with a shotgun flips the script. That harbor level nails it: ducking behind crates while bullets ricochet off shipping containers.

Game Overview

Gang Busters is one of those classic arcade shooters where you grab a buddy, pick up a joystick, and just go wild. You play as two cops—Smith and Wesson (yes, really)—chasing down a gang that just robbed the bank. The second you start, bullets are flying, crooks are diving out of alleys, and you’re scrambling to cuff them before they get back up.

It’s got that satisfying top-down chaos where you’re constantly moving, shooting, and shoving bad guys into cop cars—until some jerk with a shotgun shows up and ruins your rhythm. The levels switch things up, from the tight streets downtown to the docks, then up into the mountains where the gang’s hiding out. Honestly, the harbor level’s my favorite—something about dodging crates while taking potshots just feels right.

Two-player mode’s where it really shines, though. Nothing like yelling at your friend because they let some thug sneak up behind you. Just don’t expect a deep story—it’s pure, dumb arcade fun.
