Game Overview

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Heritage for the Future is one of those rare fighting games where style and weirdness matter just as much as combos. You pick from a roster of characters straight out of the manga—each with their own ridiculous Stand abilities—and the fights feel like they’re ripped from the pages. Jotaro’s Star Platinum punches so fast it looks like time stops, while someone like Hol Horse just shoots you from across the screen like a coward. Classic arcade nonsense.

The controls are simple at first (just mash buttons and watch the chaos), but there’s actually some depth if you dig into the Stand switching and character-specific gimmicks. I lost my first five matches because I didn’t realize some moves drain your health if you overuse them. The pixel art still holds up, especially during the dramatic super moves where the screen fills with giant kanji and over-the-top animations. If you’ve ever wanted to sucker punch Dio with a steamroller, this is your chance.
