Ghoul Patrol is that weird, kinda janky follow-up to Zombies Ate My Neighbors that somehow still has charm. You're back as Zeke and Julie, but this time you're dealing with ghosts, mummies, and other spooky nonsense instead of just zombies. The controls feel a little stiffer than the first game, and the levels drag on a bit, but there's something about the cheesy horror vibe and ridiculous weapons (throwing knives? really?) that makes it hard to put down.

First ten minutes? You'll be fumbling through graveyards, accidentally wasting your good ammo on weak enemies, and realizing the camera doesn't always keep up with you. Still, if you loved the original's chaotic co-op, it's worth a play—just don't expect it to be as tight.
