Play Ghoul Patrol Online
Dodge mummies and blast ghosts with ridiculous weapons like the Smash Gun while rescuing civilians—it’s like Zombies Ate My Neighbors cranked up to 11.

Ghoul Patrol came out for the Super Nintendo in 1994, developed by LucasArts. It was one of those action games that showed up in the middle of the console's life, when developers were getting comfortable with the hardware but still focused on straightforward, screen-by-screen gameplay rather than sprawling worlds.
You control one of two monster hunters, moving through graveyards and haunted mansions to rescue civilians and destroy waves of undead enemies. The main goal is to clear each area of monsters before advancing, using an arsenal that includes crossbows, flamethrowers, and oddball weapons like the Smash Gun that sends enemies flying. The pacing is fast, with enemies swarming from all sides, and the difficulty can spike without much warning. It feels like a tense, chaotic scramble where every cleared screen brings a short moment of relief before the next onslaught begins.
