Play Gobliins 2: The Prince Buffoon Online

You switch between a nerdy goblin who overanalyzes everything and his dumb brute buddy—half the puzzles solve themselves when you let the big guy just smash stuff while the thinker panics. It’s like a cartoon where every lever you pull drops an anvil on someone’s head.

Game Overview

Gobliins 2: The Prince Buffoon came out in 1992 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games lineup, developed by Coktel Vision. It was a time when point-and-click adventures were thriving, and this one stood out with its offbeat humor and strange charm. You did not need a powerful machine to run it, just a sense of patience and a willingness to laugh at some truly bizarre situations.

You control two goblins, Fingus and Winkle, each with distinct abilities; Fingus is strong but simple, while Winkle is clever but physically weak. The main goal is to guide the bumbling Prince through a series of perilous scenarios to rescue a kidnapped princess. The gameplay involves screen by screen exploration, combining items in unexpected ways, and using each goblin's skills to overcome environmental puzzles. Some solutions require precise timing or letting the characters interact with objects in a specific order, and the difficulty can spike without warning. It feels like directing a slapstick comedy where every click could lead to glorious failure or sudden progress.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
