The Great Circus Mystery nails it—Mickey and Minnie actually team up this time (no more solo acts) to take down some shady circus villain who kidnapped their friends. The moment you start, you’re picking costumes: wizard robes that let you chuck fireballs, cowboy gear for lasso swings, or my personal favorite, the deep-sea diver suit that turns you into a bubble-blowing menace.

It’s all co-op chaos—you’ll be yelling at your friend for hogging power-ups while bouncing between trapezes or getting ambushed by roller-skating clowns. The levels are these absurd, colorful playgrounds: one minute you’re dodging cannonballs in a pirate ship, the next you’re riding mine carts through a candy-coated nightmare. And yeah, the bosses are just the right kind of frustrating—that crocodile in the top hat took me way too many tries.

If you played the first Magical Quest, this one’s basically that but with smoother jumps, weirder gimmicks, and twice the Disney nonsense. Still holds up, still makes you grin when Minnie’s little wizard hat bobs as she runs. Just try not to throw your controller when the final boss pulls yet another cheap trick.
