Play Gywall's SMW! (super mario world) Online
Mario World but with sneaky twists—shifting platforms, weird pipe shortcuts, and levels that finally make spin jumps matter. Still feels like home, just with some fresh surprises.

Super Mario World came out on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1990, developed and published by Nintendo. It was a launch title for the SNES, and it really showed off what the new hardware could do with its colorful, scrolling levels and bigger sprites compared to the NES games.
You control Mario, or Luigi if a second player joins, running and jumping through levels to rescue Princess Peach from Bowser. The game introduces Yoshi, a dinosaur you can ride who eats enemies; the spin jump, which can break certain blocks and defeat spiky foes; and the ability to fly after getting a feather power-up. The pacing is brisk, with secret exits and multiple paths encouraging exploration, though the difficulty is mostly gentle until the later castles. It feels smooth and responsive, like every jump is under your complete control.
