Hannah Montana on the Nintendo DS came out in 2006 from Disney Interactive Studios, right when the show was huge and the DS was the handheld to have. It was one of those licensed games that felt perfectly made for the platform, using both screens and the stylus in ways that made sense for the life of a pop star.

You play as Miley Stewart, managing her double life by going to school, hanging out with friends, and performing concerts. The main goal is to keep both identities secret while building your fame. You use the stylus for rhythm-based mini-games during performances, like tapping notes in time with the music, and you also put together outfits by selecting clothes and accessories. The pacing is pretty relaxed, broken up between story events and those musical challenges, which can get surprisingly tough on the harder songs. It feels like juggling two different worlds without ever letting one drop.
