The townsfolk have their own schedules and quirks, so half the fun is figuring out when the blacksmith stops sulking in his workshop long enough to accept your gifts.

It’s not all sunshine and parsnips, though. The mining gets brutal when you’re ten floors deep and your pickaxe breaks, but that’s part of the charm. And yeah, the graphics are simple, but there’s something weirdly addictive about watching your tiny pixelated dog herd sheep.
