This one takes me back—Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis on the Amiga was one of those games that made point-and-click adventures feel like a real adventure. You’re solving ancient puzzles, outsmarting Nazis (classic Indy), and bouncing between locations like a dig site and a mental asylum—because, of course, why not? The writing’s sharp, the puzzles are just tricky enough without being unfair, and the art has that chunky, colorful charm only '90s pixel art can pull off.

Disk 8 is part of the later stretch, where things get properly wild—think lost cities, weird artifacts, and at least one moment where you’ll stare at the screen going, “Wait, how was I supposed to figure that out?” (Pro tip: save often.) It’s the kind of game where you’ll accidentally spend an hour trying to use a fish on everything before realizing the solution was way simpler.

If you’ve got nostalgia for LucasArts adventures or just want to see where Uncharted got some of its ideas, this holds up surprisingly well.
