You control a disgraced noble, moving screen by screen through villages, castles, and wilderness. Your main goal is to reclaim your lost honor and lands, which involves a lot of talking to NPCs, gathering information, and engaging in real-time combat with a sword or bow. The game mixes exploration with tactical decision-making; you can bribe guards, pick fights, or try to sneak past threats. The pacing is deliberate, and the difficulty is steep, with consequences for careless actions. It feels like navigating a treacherous, living world where every choice carries weight.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
