Game Overview

Man, Izmir—what a weird little MS-DOS game. I stumbled onto it years ago while digging through abandonware sites, and it’s stuck with me ever since. It’s not flashy, but there’s something about the way it blends clunky strategy with these sudden bursts of tension—like you’re carefully mapping out a path one second, then frantically dodging some pixelated horror the next.

The puzzles are just obtuse enough to feel satisfying when you crack them, and the whole thing has this eerie, dreamlike vibe. No hand-holding, no tutorials—just you, a cryptic world, and the occasional moment of panic when you realize you’ve been cornered. It’s the kind of game that makes you sit back and mutter, “Okay, what now?” in the best way possible.

If you’ve got DOSBox and a soft spot for forgotten ’90s oddities, this one’s worth losing an afternoon to. Just don’t blame me when you get stuck on that one infuriating section near the end—you’ll know the one.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
