Jurassic Park III: Kyouryuu ni ai ni Ikou! came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2001, developed by Konami. It was part of that early wave of GBA titles, a time when portable games were getting more detailed but still had that distinct, chunky pixel look. This one was based on the movie, but it did its own thing, dropping you right into the middle of Isla Sorna's chaos.

You control a character stranded on the island, moving screen by screen through dense jungle and abandoned facilities. The main goal is to survive, find a way off, and rescue other survivors. You spend a lot of time sneaking past dinosaurs, using tall grass to hide from compys and raptors. Sometimes you ride certain dinosaurs, like a parasaur, to cross dangerous areas or access new paths. The pacing is deliberate, with a constant tension from limited resources and the threat of sudden attacks. It feels like a careful, nervous scramble from one safe spot to the next.
