You control Pepper Roni, the island's pizza delivery guy, as he performs wild stunts to earn medals and stop the mischievous Brickster. The core gameplay involves exploring different areas of the island, finding stunt ramps and rails, and pulling off tricks like grinding on wires or backflipping off rooftops to build a high score. The pacing is fast and forgiving; crashing just scatters your pieces for a moment before you reassemble. It feels like controlled, joyful anarchy packed into a tiny cartridge.
