Play LineWars Online
You push and bend colored lines across a grid, trying to outmaneuver the opponent—what starts as simple turns into tense standoffs where one wrong move leaves you cornered.

Game Overview
LineWars is one of those weirdly brilliant MS-DOS games that shouldn’t work but totally does. You’re moving colored lines around a grid, trying to box in your opponent—sounds simple, right? Then suddenly you realize you’ve been hunched over the keyboard for an hour, muttering at the screen because that sneaky diagonal line just cut off your entire flank.
There’s something oddly satisfying about watching your little line-soldiers advance and retreat. The controls are dead simple (arrow keys and a couple of commands), but the strategy gets surprisingly deep. I kept losing at first until I figured out that sometimes the best move is to just… stop moving and let the other guy walk into a trap.
It’s got that classic early-PC vibe where the lack of graphics forces the gameplay to actually be good. If you’ve ever wasted an afternoon playing Minesweeper or Tetris and thought “I wish this was somehow even more abstract,” LineWars is your kind of ridiculous fun.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
