Play Little Nicky Online
Fight through hell and New York, punch enemies, dodge flying food, and solve puzzles as Little Nicky in this quirky side-scrolling adventure from 2000.
Little Nicky came out for the Game Boy Color in 2000, developed by Digital Eclipse and published by Ubisoft. It was one of those licensed games that showed up during the platform's later years, when developers were still trying to squeeze a bit more life out of the hardware. The game follows the plot of the Adam Sandler movie pretty closely, which means you're dealing with a lot of strange characters and oddball humor.
You control Nicky, the son of the devil, as he fights through hell and New York to stop his brothers from taking over the world. The gameplay mixes side scrolling combat with some light puzzle solving. You punch and kick your way through enemies, dodge projectiles like flying food, and occasionally use special attacks. The levels are broken into small, screen by screen sections, and you often backtrack to find keys or trigger switches. It's not a particularly difficult game, but the controls can feel a little stiff at times. Playing it feels like wandering through a weird, low budget cartoon version of the film.
