Game Overview
Just when the LocoRoco thought they were safe, those annoying Moja Troop creatures are back—and this time, they’ve learned how to sing. Badly. Like, really badly. Their awful song is literally sucking the life out of everything, so it’s up to you to tilt the planet (using the L/R buttons) and roll these cheerful little blobs through levels to undo the damage.
You’ll bounce them around, split them into tiny pieces to squeeze through gaps, and smack them into poisoned areas to clean up the Moja’s mess. The controls are simple, but the levels get surprisingly tricky—especially when you’re trying to collect all the musical notes hidden in weird corners. Sometimes you’ll even tap along to their songs in rhythm mini-games, which is way more fun than it sounds.
Oh, and there’s a new multiplayer mode where you and friends can ram each other’s LocoRoco into spikes. It’s chaotic, ridiculous, and exactly what you’d expect from these bouncy idiots. The whole thing is just as weird and charming as the first game, but with more ways to mess around.
