Game Overview
Mario 3D Racing is one of those old Flash games that somehow hooks you even though it’s dead simple. You just hold down to accelerate and steer left or right to dodge obstacles—but the longer you survive, the faster it gets, and before long you’re white-knuckling it while Mario’s little kart bounces all over the place.
Run out of energy, and Mario lets out this ridiculous wail before faceplanting. The checkpoints are a nice touch—every time you hit one, the scenery changes slightly, like going from desert to city streets. It’s not deep, but it’s weirdly satisfying to beat your own high score.
Honestly, I lost way too much time to this back in the day.
