Mario Fly is one of those classic Flash games that’s stupidly simple but weirdly satisfying. You’re Raccoon Mario, floating in midair, and all you do is tap space to shoot fireballs at flying Goombas. The controls are just left/right movement and mashing space—no fancy combos, no complicated mechanics. But there’s something about watching those little guys burst into flames that never gets old.
Every now and then, a power-up floats by—grab the hammer, and your shots turn into massive wrecking balls for a few seconds. The star makes you invincible and turns your fire into rapid-fire chaos. It doesn’t last long, but man, does it feel good while it does. The goal is just to rack up stars by roasting as many Goombas as possible, and honestly? That’s all it needs to be.
