Man, Mario’s Adventure takes me back, it’s one of those Flash games that somehow nailed the Mario feel without being an official Nintendo thing. You jump on Goombas, grab coins, and yeah, you’ll definitely fall into a pit or two before getting the timing right. The levels are short but sneaky, just when you think you’ve got the rhythm, there’s a tricky jump or an enemy placement that catches you off guard.
What’s cool is how it strips away all the extra stuff and just gives you pure, simple platforming. No power-ups, no fancy gimmicks, just running and jumping with that satisfying Mario weight to the controls. It’s the kind of game you fire up when you’ve got five minutes to kill, and suddenly you’ve been retrying the same level for half an hour because this time you’ll nail that perfect run. If you miss the days of browser games that actually had soul, this one’s a solid little time capsule.
