Play Masters of Combat (Europe) Online
Pick a fighter, mash buttons until a fireball somehow comes out, and pray the AI doesn’t read your inputs—it’s that kind of fighting game. The animations are stiff, but landing a special move still gives you that cheap thrill.

Masters of Combat came out for the Sega Master System in 1993, developed by SIMS and published by Sega. It was one of the later releases for the console, a straightforward one-on-one fighter that didn't try to reinvent the wheel. You picked from a small roster of characters and just got into it.
You control a fighter and move through a series of one-on-one matches, trying to deplete your opponent's life bar before they deplete yours. The game uses a simple control scheme with punches, kicks, and special moves executed through basic directional inputs and button combinations. Matches are fast and often feel unbalanced, with the computer opponents frequently countering your moves with perfect timing. It feels clunky but satisfying when you finally land a powerful combo.
