Play Menace Online
Dodge neon bullets in a tiny ship as alien swarms flood the screen—starts easy, then suddenly you're threading through impossible bullet patterns while chunky pixel explosions erupt everywhere. Boss fights will wreck you, but you'll keep mashing retry anyway.

Game Overview
Menace is one of those MS-DOS shooters that somehow burned itself into my brain back in the day. You're this tiny ship dodging neon bullets while the screen fills up with alien swarms—it starts simple, then suddenly you're weaving through bullet hell like some kind of caffeine-fueled octopus. The pixel art has that chunky, colorful charm where explosions take up half the screen, and the bosses? Oh man, they don’t mess around.
What I love is how it tricks you. First few levels feel manageable, then bam—you’re getting flanked by enemies spawning from all directions. It’s the kind of game where you’ll shout "That’s BULL—" before immediately hitting retry. Not for the faint of heart, but if you grew up on quarter-munching arcade cruelty, this feels like coming home.
Still holds up if you can handle the old-school "no saves, no mercy" design. Just don’t throw your keyboard.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
