If you grew up with the Power Rangers, this Sega Genesis beat-'em-up is pure nostalgia fuel. You pick your favorite Ranger—each one handles a little differently, with the Red Ranger hitting harder but moving slower, while Pink Ranger's quicker but not as strong. At first I just went with my childhood favorite (Green Ranger, obviously), but after a few tries, I started appreciating how their special attacks change up the combat.
The levels follow the movie's plot loosely, smashing through Ivan Ooze's minions until you get to the good part: piloting the Zords for those big boss fights. The digitized TV show soundtrack somehow makes punching robots even more satisfying, especially in two-player mode where you can team up with a friend. Just don't expect deep combat—this is classic arcade-style button mashing with a Megazord-sized dose of '90s charm.
