Play Mortal Kombat - Deadly Alliance (U)(Mode7) Online
Scorpion's spear still stings just right on the GBA, and switching between three fighting styles mid-combo keeps things fresh. Yeah, the AI's brutal—Raiden wrecked me with lightning spam until I learned the timing.

Game Overview
Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance on GBA is surprisingly solid for a handheld port—you get all the bone-crunching violence of the console version, just pixel-sized. The big deal here is the fighting styles: every character switches between three different movesets mid-fight, which keeps matches from feeling repetitive. Scorpion’s spear still feels as satisfying as ever, even on the tiny screen.
It’s missing some of the flashier fatalities from the home versions, but they squeezed in a decent chunk of the roster and made the controls work without feeling cramped. The AI can be brutal if you’re not careful—I lost way too many matches to Raiden’s cheap lightning spam before figuring out the timing. Definitely one of the better GBA fighters out there.
