Play Obliterator Online
You're Drak, smashing through an alien ship with a timer ticking down—find the right stuff to blow it up, then sprint to an escape pod before you go kaboom with it. The synth soundtrack slaps while you wreck the place.

Game Overview
Obliterator is one of those classic MS-DOS action games that feels like it could’ve been a lost arcade cabinet. You play as Drak, who gets teleported onto an alien ship heading straight for Earth—your job is to wreck the place before it gets there. The controls are simple (if you’ve played Barbarian, it’ll feel familiar), but there’s a nice twist: you’re not just smashing things randomly. You’ve gotta find specific objects to trigger the ship’s self-destruct, then book it to an escape pod before everything explodes. The timer’s tied to your score, so the better you do, the more time you have to bail.
The pixel art has that gritty late-'80s charm, and the soundtrack by David Whittaker is solid—exactly the kind of synth-heavy beats you’d expect. It’s not super hard, but there’s something satisfying about methodically tearing through each room. And yeah, the Roger Dean cover art is killer—looks like a prog rock album. If you dig old-school action with a dash of strategy, this one’s worth a few runs.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
