Play Osomatsu Kun (Japan) Online
Pick one of six identical troublemakers and run wild—smack people with random junk, toss enemies sky-high, and turn into a spinning top mid-fight. It’s pure chaos, like River City Ransom but weirder, with giant radishes and floaty jumps that somehow work.

Osomatsu-kun on NES is like someone took a bunch of hyperactive siblings, gave them free rein in a side-scrolling brawler, and cranked the chaos to 11. You play as one of the six identical troublemakers—good luck telling them apart at first—running around town smacking people with random objects, tossing rivals into the air, and generally causing mayhem. The animations are ridiculous in the best way, like when your character suddenly turns into a spinning top mid-fight.
It’s got that same weird energy as River City Ransom, but with way more absurd gags. One second you’re fighting some guy in an alley, the next you’re getting chased by a giant rolling radish or something. The controls take a minute to get used to (why does jumping feel so floaty?), but once it clicks, you’ll be laughing at how over-the-top everything is. Definitely a cult classic—just don’t go in expecting anything resembling logic.
