Play Planet of the Apes Online
Swing through ape-infested ruins with a knife at first, then blast chimps with a shotgun when you find one—just watch out for their ambushes and tricky jumps.

So, Planet of the Apes on the GBA is basically a side-scroller where you play as Ulysses—yep, the astronaut who wakes up to a world run by apes. It’s got that classic Prince of Persia vibe, but with way more gorillas pointing guns at you. You start off with just a knife, which feels a little desperate against armed chimps, but eventually you’ll grab a pistol and shotgun, which helps a lot.
The levels are full of traps, jumps, and climbing sections, and the apes don’t mess around—they’ll chase you down if they spot you. The cutscenes are these cool still images that look like they’re pulled straight from the movies, which is a nice touch. And yeah, there’s a password system, so you don’t have to marathon all 13 levels in one go (though good luck resisting).
It’s not the deepest game, but if you’re into the movies or just want a solid action-platformer, it’s a fun little trip into ape-ruled chaos.
