Play Power Drift Online
Pick your driver—some look like they belong in a cheesy action flick—then wrestle your car through wobbly, tilting tracks while fighting for third place or better. It’s janky, chaotic, and weirdly satisfying when you pull off a slide without spinning out.

Power Drift came out in 1988 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection, a Sega arcade port that tried to bring their cabinet experience to home computers. It was a time when racing games were still figuring out how to handle curves and hills, and this one stood out with its ambitious, pseudo-3D track design that pushed the hardware of the day.
You control a race car on twisting, undulating tracks that tilt and bank sharply, requiring constant steering adjustments to avoid spinning out or flying off the edge. The main goal is simple: finish third or better to advance through the championship cups. Signature mechanics include the exaggerated, screen-by-screen perspective shifts that make each turn feel like a rollercoaster drop, and the aggressive, rubber-banding AI that keeps races tense until the final lap. It’s a fast, unforgiving game where one mistake can cost you the race, but nailing a perfect drift through a hairpin turn delivers a genuine rush of accomplishment.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
