Play Power Instinct (Beta) Online
Pick a weirdo—sumo with a baby backpack, granny-turned-demon—and throw wigs or flail wildly in this janky, oddly lovable SNES fighter. The controls feel like you're underwater, but that kinda adds to the chaos.

Game Overview
Power Instinct on SNES is this weird, kinda janky fighting game where you pick from a roster of bizarre characters—like a sumo wrestler who fights with a baby strapped to his back or an old lady who turns into a demon. The whole thing revolves around some ancient tournament that happens once every 500 years, which is just an excuse to make people punch each other, really.
At first glance, it feels like a Street Fighter clone, but the controls are way floatier, and some of the moves are just... odd. Like, one character literally throws her wig as an attack. It’s not the most polished fighter out there, but there’s something charming about how over-the-top and ridiculous it is. If you’re into obscure 90s fighting games with personality, this one’s a trip.
