Q*bert on Game Boy is that classic arcade game where you bounce a little orange guy around a pyramid, changing tile colors with every hop. At first it’s simple—just land on each tile once—but soon you’re dealing with tiles that flip back if you hit them too much, or enemies like Coily the snake that chase you in weird diagonal patterns.
What I love is how chaotic it gets when everything starts moving at once: purple balls drop down, those green guys slide around changing tiles back, and Coily’s just waiting for you to misstep. The floating discs are your only escape—time a jump just right, and you’ll launch to safety while the snake plummets. It’s way harder than it looks, but in a good way.
