Play Quarky & Quaysoo’s Turbo Science Online
You smash through science trivia as two weird little aliens while a pixelated crowd loses their minds—it’s like a fever dream of '90s edutainment.

I first played Quarky & Quaysoo's Turbo Science back in the early '90s, when Sierra On-Line was putting out a lot of these educational titles for MS-DOS. It came out in 1992, and it was one of those games that tried to make learning science feel like a game show, with all the pixelated charm and awkward humor of the era.
You control two aliens, Quarky and Quaysoo, as they compete in a science trivia game show. The main goal is to answer questions correctly across different categories like biology, chemistry, and physics. You move from screen to screen, selecting answers with the keyboard, and sometimes you have to solve simple puzzles or complete mini-games to earn points. The pacing is quick, and the difficulty ramps up as you advance, keeping you on your toes. Playing it feels like a strange but engaging mix of studying and entertainment, where every correct answer brings a little rush of satisfaction.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
