Game Overview

Quicksilver Pinball on the Amiga is one of those games that just feels right—the ball physics are weighty but not sluggish, and the table layouts actually make sense (unlike some pinball games where everything’s crammed into weird corners). The neon-lit table is my favorite—it’s got this retro-futuristic vibe, like someone’s idea of what arcades would look like in 2020, back in 1990.

You’ll hear that satisfying clack when the ball hits the bumpers, and the way the flippers snap back after a second—little details that make it feel like a real table. Took me a few games to stop draining the ball straight down the middle, but once you get the timing, it’s weirdly satisfying to keep a rally going.

It’s not flashy by today’s standards, but if you’ve got a soft spot for Amiga games or just want a no-nonsense pinball sim, this one holds up.
