Game Overview

Solid State Pinball: Tristan is one of those early MS-DOS pinball games that somehow nails the feel of a real table despite its simplicity. You get one medieval-themed board, but it’s packed with just enough ramps, bumpers, and hidden bonuses to keep you hooked. The physics feel surprisingly solid—nudging the table actually works (until you tilt it too hard, of course).

What I love is how uncomplicated it is. No flashy gimmicks, just clean paddle controls and a score counter that taunts you to beat your last run. The hot-seat multiplayer is a blast if you’ve got a friend nearby—passing the keyboard after each ball turns every missed shot into a dramatic moment. It’s not the fanciest pinball sim out there, but there’s something satisfying about how raw and direct it is. Perfect for quick sessions when you just want to hear that satisfying *clack* of a well-timed flip.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
