Pinball Magic came out in 1998 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection, developed by Spidersoft Limited. It was a time when digital pinball was finding its feet on home computers, offering a different kind of challenge from the arcade cabinets. This game fit right into that era, providing a fantasy themed table you could play without needing a pocket full of quarters.

You control the flippers, trying to keep the silver ball in play as long as possible. The main objective is to score points by hitting targets, spinners, and ramps, all while completing various magic themed modes. Signature mechanics include triggering multiball by lighting specific sequences and trying to lock balls for a wizard battle. The pacing is fast, and the difficulty can be unforgiving, with drains feeling sudden. The ball physics are janky in that perfect old-DOS way; you'll nudge the table just to watch it ricochet wildly off pixel bumpers while a wizard heckles you. It feels like a chaotic, slightly unpredictable session at a real table, where every game tells a different short story.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
