Reunion came out in 1994 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection, published by Grandslam Entertainment. You control the fate of a human colony on a distant planet, managing resources, researching technologies, and building a fleet. The main objective is to survive long enough to develop the strength needed to launch an assault and reclaim Earth. Key mechanics involve balancing food and energy production, researching new ship types and weapons, and engaging in turn-based combat against alien forces. The pacing is deliberate, with a steep difficulty curve that punishes poor planning early on but rewards patience and strategic expansion. It feels deeply satisfying to finally amass a powerful fleet and turn the tables on your enemies after a long struggle.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
