Play Robots Online
You bounce between 2D platforming and slick 3D ball sequences as Rodney, scavenging robot parts to build wacky upgrades like a junk-spewing scrap gun. The levels cleverly loop back so that rusty bolt you found suddenly makes sense three screens later.

Robots came out on the Game Boy Advance in 2005, developed by Vicarious Visions. It was a solid licensed title in an era where the handheld was full of them, based on the animated movie of the same name. You play as Rodney Copperbottom, a young inventor robot who arrives in Robot City hoping to make a name for himself.
You guide Rodney through side-scrolling platform levels, jumping across gears and conveyor belts, and occasionally shifting into a 3D ball form to roll through special obstacle courses. Your main goal is to collect parts scattered across the city to build gadgets; these gadgets, like a magnet or a vacuum, then let you access new areas in previous levels, encouraging backtracking. The pacing is steady, and the difficulty is fair, never punishing you too harshly for a missed jump. It feels like a straightforward, satisfying puzzle of exploration where every new tool opens up the world a little more.
