Play Rushing Beat (Japan) Online
Choose a character and brawl through urban levels, taking down thugs, using weapons, and teaming up for combos in this 1992 SNES beat 'em up.
Rushing Beat came out on the Super Nintendo in 1992, developed and published by Jaleco. It was part of that early wave of SNES games that tried to push the hardware with big, colorful sprites and co-op play, standing alongside other brawlers of the time.
You control one of three characters, each with their own fighting style, and move through urban environments beating up waves of thugs. The main goal is to fight from one end of the stage to the other, defeating bosses to progress. Key mechanics include picking up weapons like pipes and knives dropped by enemies, executing throws and special moves that clear space, and playing two-player co-op where you can combo attacks together. The pacing is fast, and the difficulty can spike with enemy numbers, but landing a well-timed throw into a crowd remains satisfying. It feels like a solid, straightforward brawl with a friend.
