Game Overview

Saboteur II came out in 1987, published by Durell Software and developed by Clive Townsend. It was part of that wave of MS-DOS games where you got a lot of personality and challenge from a relatively simple concept, fitting right in with the platform's growing library of action and stealth titles.

You control a ninja infiltrating a high-tech enemy base, moving screen by screen through rooms patrolled by robots and protected by deadly laser grids. Your main goal is to find and steal a set of secret plans, then escape on a waiting motorcycle. Key actions include avoiding guard sightlines, hacking terminals to temporarily disable security systems, and using items like smoke bombs to create diversions. The pacing is tense and deliberate; rushing usually gets you spotted or zapped. It feels like a careful, quiet puzzle where every mistake costs you. Success depends on observation and timing more than speed or force.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
