Play SimTower (Windows 3.11) Online
Stack floors, fight elevator traffic jams, and watch your tower descend into chaos—this '90s sim makes you feel like a stressed-out architect with too many tenants to please. The deeper you get, the more you realize every decision matters, from fire exits to where you put the food court.

Game Overview
SimTower is one of those weirdly addictive '90s sims where you build a skyscraper floor by floor, figuring out how to cram in apartments, offices, and even a movie theater without everything collapsing into chaos. At first, it seems simple—just stack floors and watch tiny pixel people move in—but then you realize elevators are a nightmare, fire alarms go off at the worst times, and if you don’t balance your budget, your tower becomes a ghost building. The lack of tutorials means you’ll probably mess up your first few attempts (why is everyone leaving?!), but there’s something satisfying about finally hitting that five-star rating after hours of tweaking.
It runs painfully slow on modern systems unless you tweak it, and yeah, the graphics are dated, but the gameplay holds up if you’re into micromanagement. Random disasters keep you on your toes—nothing like a terrorist attack ruining your carefully planned food court. It’s a niche pick, but if you ever wanted to play landlord for an entire vertical city, this is your game.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
