Play Sinbad and the Throne of the Falcon Online
You sail pixelated seas, gamble on shady crew hires, and navigate bizarre dialogue trees where one wrong word leaves you broke or in a cringey FMV scene—no two playthroughs feel the same.

Sinbad and the Throne of the Falcon came out in 1989 for MS-DOS, developed by Cinemaware. It was part of that wave of games trying to blend cinematic presentation with interactive storytelling, back when floppy disks and VGA graphics were the standard. The game puts you in the role of Sinbad, not just as a sailor but as a captain building his reputation across a fantasy version of the Middle East.
You control Sinbad directly, moving screen by screen through ports, deserts, and palaces, talking to characters, hiring crew, and managing your ship's supplies. The main goal is to gather four magical gems to reclaim the Falcon Throne, which involves a mix of exploration, simple sword combat, and inventory-based puzzles. The pacing is deliberate; you spend a lot of time navigating dialogue options and making choices that affect your resources and alliances. It feels like a hands-on storybook adventure where your decisions carry weight, even if the outcomes aren't always predictable.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
