Play Space Quest I: Roger Wilco in the Sarien Encounter Online
You play as Roger, a space janitor who types commands to bumble through alien bases, dodging lasers and kicking things—just don’t expect to survive your first five tries.

Space Quest I: Roger Wilco in the Sarien Encounter came out in 1986 for MS-DOS, developed and published by Sierra On-Line. It was part of that early wave of PC adventure games where you typed commands to interact with the world, and it stood out for its sci-fi setting and goofy sense of humor. The game didn't take itself too seriously, which was a nice change from some of the more serious fantasy titles around at the time.
You control Roger Wilco, a janitor aboard a spaceship, who suddenly finds himself trying to survive after the ship is attacked. The main goal is to escape the invading Sariens, recover a stolen device, and make it out alive. You explore the environment screen by screen, typing text commands to examine objects, pick up items, and talk to characters (or aliens). The puzzles can be pretty unforgiving; one wrong move or missed item often means an instant, ridiculous death. Despite the frustration, there's a real satisfaction in finally figuring out a solution and seeing Roger bumble his way to victory.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
