Play Space Quest III: The Pirates of Pestulon Online
You start by scavenging parts to fix your junker ship, then get dragged into weird burger joints, desert planets, and a shady game company run by space pirates. Classic Roger Wilco chaos.

Space Quest III: The Pirates of Pestulon came out in 1989 for MS-DOS, developed and published by Sierra On-Line. It was part of that era where adventure games relied on typing commands and navigating static screens, with a focus on humor and sci-fi parody rather than cutting edge graphics.
You control Roger Wilco, a hapless janitor turned space adventurer, stranded in a garbage scow at the start of the game. Your main goal is to escape the scrapyard, upgrade your ship, and ultimately uncover the sinister dealings of the game company, ScumSoft, run by the Pirates of Pestulon. You explore the environment screen by screen, collecting items and solving puzzles through a combination of observation, inventory use, and typed commands. The pacing is slow and deliberate, demanding careful thought, and the difficulty is notoriously high with many instant death scenarios waiting for the unwary. It feels like a mix of genuine accomplishment and constant, low grade anxiety as you try to outsmart the game's many cruel jokes.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
