Play Spider-Man 2 (I) Online

Spider-Man 2 (I) on GBA is a decent side-scroller that feels like a natural follow-up to the first game. You swing through New York, punch thugs, and occasionally stop to snap photos for the Daily Bugle, which is a nice touch.

The combat is simple but satisfying—landing a combo and webbing up enemies never gets old. Some of the boss fights drag on a bit, especially when you're just repeating the same moves, but facing off against Mysterio or Rhino still has its moments.

It's not perfect—the camera can be frustrating when enemies attack from off-screen, and the swinging doesn't always feel as fluid as it should. Still, if you liked the first game, Spider-Man 2 (I) gives you more of that same energy.
